Post Protectors
I think you'll agree with me when I say that none of us want to have an accident during work and so post protectors (also called safety pads, pole protection or safety padding) offer the best solution for a safer environment. They are extremely easy to manage with little or no maintenance required and will keep your area safe 24 hours a day!

Our safety padding is manufactured to be used indoors or outdoors with the ability to be easily attached or removed as required. The PVC fabric is completely waterproof and the surface can be wiped clean if necessary. Using the measurements of the posts we design the post protector to be round, square or rectangular to fit properly. We also design custom made shapes.

How can we actually do this?
We only use materials that have been tried and tested since 2003. Back then Phil, the business owner, was looking to cover some steel posts in a school playground following an accident. He looked at what was available and discovered the best option was foam and PVC fabric.
This combination and his belief have never changed! Knowing that quality materials were needed and that the padding needed to fit the post so it lasts much longer has proved to work perfectly, not just in schools but in many other sectors also.
It's not just people that we have helped keep safe but horses too, following several installs into stables and yards !
Foam
We use a high impact absorbent foam for our safety pads and post padding. This is a closed cell foam which manages the impact extremely well. The cells are separate from each other and this in turn traps the air. The foam is also impervious to bacteria, mildew and rot.
PVC fabric material
We use an excellent rip-stop durable PVC fabric to cover the foam making the product extremely strong. The PVC fabric is fully waterproof and great for indoor or outdoor use. The PVC is easy to wipe clean, if required.
There is a choice of attractive colours (currently 16) to choose from and you can mix & match the colours or have stripe coloured post protectors which look amazing and original!
Attaching Propads post protectors
When it comes to attaching the product the most common method we use is Velcro attachments, sewn onto the padding. Simply put your fitted post protector around the post and velcro together!
This method is the easiest and most effective way to attach and remove the padding.
In some instances this isn't always possible so we will work with you to find the best solution to suit your needs.
